Binho RIbeiro Solo Exhibition

Binho Ribeiro has been doing graffiti art since 1984 and is one of the pioneers of the street art movement in Brazil. Nowadays he is recognized worldwide by his murals, curatorship and big projects that lift up the culture. Between his productions we find canvas, iPad pro creations, mentorship of the Open Air Museum of Urban Art (MAAU) and development of the Graffiti Fine Art, that in 10 years of existence brought 4 biennials, plus several exhibitions with artists from all over the globe.
The artist had an influence connected to the hip hop that have started in the ghetto’s of NYC in the 80's. He started tagging with friends in São Paulo and also got to spread his ideas on the walls of South America. They used to skateboard a lot so one of the first jobs related to the art was linked to those skate brands and products.
From then on his techniques followed the path of evolution and professionalization. Binho's arts have been appreciated not only on the streets but in galleries around the world. Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Paris, Amsterdam, Turim, Rochester, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Beijing, Beirut, Santiago, Buenos Aires and almost all of Brazil has been stage for his talent.
